South Blaine's 1970s stock is deep into chimney-rebuild territory: sixty-year-old stacks with spent crowns and softening joints. The middle waves need the repair package — crowns, caps, repointing on weather faces. And the newest neighborhoods are just entering first-cycle work, mostly caps, small joints and veneer details. Same climate, three different scopes, and we handle all three.
Blaine’s open exposure matters too. Wind-driven rain and unshaded freeze cycles work masonry harder than sheltered city lots. Weather-face elevations here often need repointing seasons before the protected sides do, which is why we quote by the wall, not by the house.
